Abstract
The analyzing power of proton-proton scattering has been measured at 6.14 MeV in the angular range with an accuracy of ±3×. Phase shifts are deduced from an analysis of the cross-section and polarization data. The spin-orbit and tensor -wave phase-shift combinations are determined in a model-independent way to be and .
