Abstract
The photodisintegration thresholds of deuterium and beryllium have been determined by using the bremsstrahlung produced by monoergic electrons. The absolute energy of the electrons was measured with a cylindrical electrostatic analyzer. The binding energy of deuterium was found to be 2.227±0.003 Mev and that of beryllium was found to be 1.662±0.003 Mev.Keywords
