Abstract
In response to expanding responsibilities and shrinking budgets and staffs, many organizations are leveraging their existing Internet connections to provide technical support over the World Wide Web. These organizations have found Web-based support an efficient and cost-effective method of extending their services worldwide while freeing up help desk staff for more pressing problems.Keywords
