Abstract
A series of analogues of hydroxamic acid were tested for toxicity and for therapeutic efficacy against Sarin in mice. Some showed protection against 1 and 2 LD50''s of Sarin. Toxicity and protective efficacy were not correlative. Effective doses were quite large.Keywords
