Abstract
L'expérience acquise lors des essais cliniques avec le défibrillateur implantable souligne l'importance d'un bilan physiopathologique précis dans la période préopératoire. Cette évaluation demande une documentation précise de la tachyarrythmie ventriculaire, une évaluation de la possibilité d'autres interventions éventuelles aussi bien que la considération de l'intéraction entre stimulateurs et médicamments antiarrythmiques.Keywords
