Abstract
An aqueous solution of Mn(III) acetylacetonate and LiOH was sonicated at 90 °C yielding nanoparticles of different manganese oxides. The nature of the product and its morphology are strongly dependent on the pH. In parallel nonsonicated reactions were carried out under identical conditions and vigorous stirring, and the results are compared with the sonochemical reactions. Keywords
