Abstract
The culture filtrates of certain penicillinase-constitutive mutant strains of B. cereus, grown overnight in casein hydrolysate and citrate, can serve, without further treatment, as a source of stable, high-titre penicillinase suitable for inactivation of penicillin in sterility tests, blood cultures, etc. Keywords
