Abstract
A new operative procedure for the surgical treatment of plastic induration of the penis is described. The penile induration is carefully excised and the resulting cavity in the cavernous tissue filled in with a dermo-fat graft. Thirteen patients have been operated upon with this technique; in 10 the result has been classified as excellent or good. One patient has experienced some improvement but in 2 patients no improvement has occurred. No serious complications followed the procedure. Keywords
