Abstract
An additional technic for obtaining biliary decompression has been presented. It affords prompt palliation to the incurable case, and an opportunity for improvement in the case with minimal functional hepatic reserve, prior to extensive definitive operative care, when established surgical procedures are not applicable.Keywords
