Abstract

2′-C-Cyanomethyl-2′-deoxy-arabinosylcytosine 3 and 2′-C-azidomethyl-2′-deoxy-arabinosylcytosine 4 were synthesized from uridine. The antineoplastic activities of these compounds were evaluated.
