Abstract
This paper reports the results of a survey conducted to study the current supply and future manpower requirements in occupational therapy (OT). The purpose of this study was to obtain data relating to the current supply of OTs, their geographic distribution, facilities' future requirements for OTs, solutions related to the projected manpower shortage and the reasons some potential employers do not hire OTs, Implications of the findings are discussed.Keywords
