Abstract
✓ Isobutyl 2-cyanoacrylate (IBC) is the outstanding compound presently available for use as a tissue adhesive. One of the greatest needs for a biologic glue in neurosurgery is in the repair of cerebrospinal fluid fistulas. Experience with 14 such cases at the Walter Reed Army Hospital using the technique described shows that IBC is both safe and effective. Keywords
