Abstract
Methods are descr. for the estimation of the synthetic estrogens stilbestrol and hexestrol and their glucuronides in cow''s or human urine. After addition to human urine, 80% or more of these substances were recovered, except with stilbestrol glucuronide where decomposition during hydrolysis reduced the figure to 63%. Recoveries from cow''s urine were slightly lower in all cases. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
