Abstract
To the Editor: One hesitates to take issue with so redoubtable an investigator as Jim Jandl, but perhaps it is easier to do so at a distance than from one's former home town of Boston. In the excellent article by LoBuglio and Jandl in the March 23 issue of the Journal on "Nature of the Alpha-Methyldopa Red-Cell Antibody." the antibody induced by the drug is studied in every conceivable fashion. The material that appeared on the surface of the red cell after methyldopa therapy and gave a reaction of agglutination with antiglobulin serum had all the characteristics of 7S G . . .Keywords
