Abstract
20 animals were tested successively for maze performance (multiple T-maze), activity (squirrel cages), and wild-ness. About 2 months after the last test, blood samples were taken and analyzed as in the first study of the series. Several behavioral scores were correlated (product-moment?) with blood glucose, serum refractive index, and blood opacity. "Restlessness (as defined by the ratio of activity during the normally inactive period to activity during the normally active period) was found significantly dependent on high blood sugar. Wildness (as measured by the Stone concealment apparatus) was found probably dependent on high cell volume.".Keywords
