Abstract
Four cases of neonatal interstitial pulmonary emphysema with tension pneumothorax are described. A radiological picture thought to be a feature of this condition is also described. The need for early recognition, close observation and sometimes urgent treatment with underwater drainage is emphasized.Keywords
