Abstract
Measurements of liquidus composition versus temperature for In-rich In-Sb solutions in the range from 300 °C to the InSb melting point at 525 °C are reported. The data can be described approximately by a simple solution model using a linearly temperature-dependent interaction parameter. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
