Abstract
Plexiform neurofibroma of the bladder is rare, and is considered an expression of the syndrome of neurofibromatosis (von Recklinghausen's disease). We report a case of a vesical plexiform neurofibroma with no other apparent stigmas of the syndrome. The variable natural course of the disease is demonstrated. Keywords
