Abstract
A severe case of anorexia nervosa was treated with behavioral techniques using a seclusion procedure following meals. The treatment succeeded in restoring the weight of the patient from 32 kg to a normal value of above 50 kg. A concomitant condition of excessive drinking disappeared inexplicably following treatment. Keywords
