Abstract
Es wurde für die Bestimmung der Mutterkornalkaloide eine Methode ausgearbeitet, die die Amphiindikatormethode in Verbindung mit dem Dünnschicht –chromatogramm verwendet. Die Methode eignet sich nicht nur für die Bestimmung von reinen Alkaloiden, sondern auch für eine Betriebskontrolle und besonders für die Untersuchung der verschiedenen Mutterkornsorten. A new method for the estimation of ergot alkaloids using thin–layer chromatography is described. This method is especially suitable for the estimation of individual alkaloids of different strains of ergot and for controling the different steps in industrial production of ergot alkaloids.
