Abstract
The problem of communication among physicists has grown more and more acute in the past few years. Discussions of this crisis have ranged from innumerable bull sessions during coffee breaks, through frequent editorials in scientific journals, up to a formal report of a special panel of the President's Scientific Advisory Committee, headed by Alvin Weinberg. Keywords
