Abstract
A case is presented which illustrates the classical appearance of rosacea-like demodicidosis of the face with an unusual complication of eyelid involvement showing dry, follicular scales and superficial papulopustules in which enormous numbers of Demodex folliculorum were present. Clinical cure and disappearance of the organisms resulted from topical therapy alone, consisting of a compound sulfur ointment (Danish ointment). There was no evidence of irritation of either the eyes or eyelids from this medication. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
