Abstract
The digital computer has proved invaluable in performing this function in business and in many scientific disciplines, and can be equally useful in medicine. A major problem in handling data relating to human disease is the conversion of such data into the exact qualitative and quantitative forms required by the computer. This paper demonstrates a method of coding roentgen data in numerical form for high-speed processing.
