Abstract
Two cases of calcified cardiac aneurysms are added to the few reported cases. Diagnosis was made in each case by roentgenograms, clinical features of aneurysm being absent. In one case calcification occurred in the space of 7 months. The 2nd case is alive and active at age 80, 5 yrs. after the original diagnosis. Keywords
