Abstract
A 5-GHz integrated demodulator for more than 1-Gbps FSK systems and a 60-GHz integrated antenna using three-dimensional (3-D) MMIC technology are presented. The demodulator shows good demodulation performance for 1.5-Gbps FSK signals. The antenna has a good antenna gain (+1.15 dBi).Keywords
