Abstract
An approach is presented in this chapter for providing performance measurement training for those who mandate, implement, and use performance measures. In addition to government roles, the level of experience and knowledge of the participants should drive the kind of training that is developed. Making this assessment requires an understanding of performance measurement systems and training applications. Keywords
