Abstract
Mesotheliomas of the pericardium are one of the causes of sanguineous pericardial effusion. Clinical and pathologic features of a case of this rare condition are presented. Certain clinical manifestations and laboratory findings that may serve as a basis for future antemortem diagnosis are emphasized.Keywords
