Abstract
The first case of platelet satellitism to monocytes in a patient with hypogammaglobulinaemia is described. Platelet adherence was observed with heparinized blood and was dependent on the patient's plasma. The ultrastructural findings observed with the transmission (TEM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) are reported.Keywords
