The intermediate state of Cl is characterized by resistance and magnetoresistance measurements to consist of an inhomogeneous mixture of superconducting and spin-density-wave regions, whereas the quenched state is purely insulating with a phase-transition temperature K and a zero-temperature gap , close to the mean-field value.
