Abstract
The outflow tract of the left ventricle was studied by angiocardiography and cine-angiography. It was found that the width of the infundibulum is smallest in the first part of ventricular diastole and largest in the first part of systole. These changes are due to movements of the anterior mitral leaflet and the anterior wall of the infundibulum. Keywords
