Crystal-field effects on the4f-induced hyperfine field on samarium in ferromagnetic compounds

Abstract
It is shown that in ferromagnetic samarium compounds, the crystal fields not only affect the magnitude of the -induced hyperfine field () at the samarium nuclear site, but may also make it negative in contrast to the positive in the case of the free ion.
