Abstract
Pervaporation processes are a basic unit membrane operation for the separation of liquid mixtures. They are an alternative for the separation of liquid mixtures which are difficult or impossible to separate by conventional methods. The interest in these processes in research institutions and industrial firms has resulted in an increasing number of publications of relevant work (including research papers and industrial patents) in the last decade. In this paper, some recent works on developments in pervaporation processes are reviewed and discussed. Keywords
