Abstract
A new photofootprinting technique, which uses light to detect protein-DNA contacts and changes in the structure of DNA at the base pair level, was developed and used to detect contacts between lac repressor and the lac operator in Escherichia coli cells.This publication has 39 references indexed in Scilit:
