Abstract
Electrostatic analysis of incident and product particle energies has been used to measure the following ground state -values: (3.113±0.0035 Mev), (-0.0536±0.003 Mev), and (1.147±0.0025 Mev). The energy of the lowest level in has been determined to be 719±1.6 kev; that of to be 429±3 kev. Approximate cross sections are given for the above reactions and upper limits for (2.3-Mev level), and for (2.1- and 1.7-Mev levels).
