Abstract
Ferroelectric behaviour in polycrystalline BaTiO3 films with thicknesses down to 100 ± 20 Å has been found. PS for films 100 to 5000 A is 2 to 10 μC/cm2. Vacuum deposits of solid solutions (Ba,Sr)TiO3 in the range 1000 to 3000 Å have been grown with different Curie points. Studies have been carried out on films of some new complex oxide structure ferroelectrics. Keywords
