Abstract
The capillary tube migration test was used for the ‘in vitro’ demonstration of delayed hypersensistivity to two keratinases isolated from T. Mentagrophytes var. granulosum. Both heat-inactivated keratinases, I and II, inhibited migration of peritoneal exudate cells from guinea pigs previously infected twice with this dermatophyte. Trichophytin did not cause any significant inhibition of migration. Keywords
