Das Candidagranulom und seine Behandlung bei gleichzeitiger Staphylokokkeninfektion*

Abstract
Es wird über den elfjährigen Verlauf eines Candidagranuloms bei einem jetzt 14jährigen Jungen berichtet. Besondere Berücksichtigung finden die bestehende Mischinfektion von Candida albicans und Staphylococcus aureus und die gezielte antibakterielle und antimykotische Behandlung. Darüber hinaus wird eine zusammenfassende Darstellung über 45 Fälle von Candidagranulom aus dem Schrifttum gegeben. A boy, now 14 years of age, has had a monilial granuloma for 11 years. Special problems of treatment were caused by a superimposed Staphylococcus aureus infection, although specific antibacterial and antimycotic treatment has now produced a cure. This case report is taken as an occasion for a short review of 45 cases of monilial granuloma reported in the world literature. El granuloma por ćndida y su tratamiento en la infección por estafilococos, existente al mismo tiempo Se informa sobre la evolución de 11 años de un granuloma por cándida en un joven que tiene actualmente 14 años. Especial consideración encuentra la infección mixta existente de cándida albicans y estafilococo áureo y el tratamiento antibacteriano y antimicótico dirigido. Adémas, se expone un resumen de los 45 casos de dicho granuloma descritos en la literatura.
