Abstract
A series-parallel model of the kinetics of the voltage-gated sodium channel is described. It goes some way towards reconciling the timecourses of the gating and macroscopic sodium currents in the squid giant axon with the molecular structure of the channel. This publication has 24 references indexed in Scilit:
