Abstract
The contribution to the electromagnetic structure of the nucleon has been recalculated by use of a new method for evaluating the left-hand cut of the Frazer-Fulco amplitudes. Excellent agreement with experimental data has been obtained by using the experimental values for the position and the width of the meson.
