A HISPANIC ADOLESCENT GROUP IN A PUBLIC SCHOOL SETTING

Abstract
This article will provide a description of a pilot interagency effort at developing a service for a group of Hispanic adolescentfs within an urban public school system utilizing Anglo and Hispanic co-leaders. The impact of co-leaders from diverse cultural backgrounds will be examined. Issues and strategies related to professional leadership of a Hispanic adolescent group will be discussed.
