Abstract
Presentation of CaseA four-year-old girl was admitted to the hospital because of sexual precocity.At the age of six months a few drops of blood were noted on her diaper overlying the vagina. Blood was again observed six weeks before entry. Two weeks before admission, the parents noted an increase in the size of the breasts, as well as the presence of some pubic hair. One week later a "fair amount" of vaginal bleeding occurred for four days. A few clots were seen.The patient was the product of a full-term normal pregnancy.
