Abstract
The article first considers the points of greatest value in the application of cinematography to scientific problems. The requirements for satisfactory micro-cinematography are: freedom from vibration; easy transport; simplicity; adaptability for different uses; adjustability through a wide range of exposure frequencies; easy control of focus; use of standard microscope; and cost within the means of the average laboratory.This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
