Inelastic—neutron-scattering study of (111) LA phonons inNb3Sn

The phonon dispersion of ($\zeta$, $\zeta$, $\zeta$) LA phonons is determined for $\zeta <~0.24$. The pronounced anomaly predicted by a recent first-principles treatment of electron-phonon interactions is not observed.
