Abstract
A factor analysis of items in the Rathus Assertiveness Schedule and the Personal Report of Communication Apprehension yielded six factors. College students ( n = 215) at a large midwestern university completed the two scales. The findings support the hypothesis that assertiveness is related to apprehension about communication. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
