Abstract
This article presents a critical review of a proposed method of dose prediction. Previously published experiences with this method are reviewed. New applications with drugs that have short elimination half-lives and drugs that demonstrate nonlinearity of clearance are discussed. Potential sources of error are demonstrated, using computer simulations. Keywords
