Abstract
The magneto-optic rotation of light reflected from thin ferromagnetic films has been found to depend on the optical properties of the substrate as well as the optical properties of the ferromagnetic material. Rotations greater than the thick film longitudinal Kerr rotation were observed at certain thicknesses of ferromagnetic films deposited on silver surfaces. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
