Abstract
Human infants [33] with low birthweights (< 2500 g) and respiratory distress had ligation of a patient ductus arteriosus. During a 30-mo. period there were no deaths resulting from the operation, but 11 (33%) eventually died from complications of immaturity.This publication has 17 references indexed in Scilit:
