Abstract
Patients (8) are presented with a sex-linked mental retardation localized on the nucleolar organizer region of the X-chromosome. Ag stain is used to differentiate X-chromosome defects from defects occurring in the D or G region. Results are obtained from lymphocyte culture markers.Keywords
