Abstract
The analysis of the recursion relations for the randomly diluted resistor network with a singular distribution of conductances previously presented by the authors [Phys. Rev. B 34, 3408 (1986)] is found to be incorrect. A new analysis presented here emphasizes the importance of allowing potentials of interest to follow paths in the complex plane, and yields results that are in agreement with those presented by Machta in the preceding Comment. Keywords
