Abstract
Eleven patients (age range 51–65 years) presenting with primary splenic lymphoma of lymphoplasmacytic type are described, together with detailed histological, immunohistochemical, and ultrastructural findings. The subclassification of this type of lymphoma is considered, and the prognosis discussed.Keywords
